Here is a very nice Effanbee Patsyette composition doll from the 1930s.
In overall very good condition.  Composition solid overall with no dents or soft spots.  Cracks/crazing present.
Painted eyes, molded hair.
Original clothes and shoes.  I did not try to remove them for photos as they are quite fragile.  The undergarments in particular have started to fall apart.
9" tall.
