Vintage Barkcloth Waikikian Hotel Holiday Sportswear Blue Hawaiian Luau Dress

Very nice mid century MCM Vintage 100% cotton lighweight Barkcloth
Blue Hawaiian Luau Dress purchased from the
Holiday Sportswear line at the now demolished Waikikian Hotel.  Label reads size 14, however, the dress is vintage so assume it is a smaller size in the medium range.  The fitted dress front  is paneled, the zippered drop neck back is pleated for a fuller fit, slip stitched hem.  No tears or stains.  No signs of use.
Measurements:
Bust measuring across the dress front from left to right is approximately 18"
Waist measuring across the front from left to right is approximately 16", there is more fullness in the waist area across the back from the pleats
Hips fit 36-40".  I would not go any larger than 40" or it would make the back pleats separate too much.
