Vintage 1961 Fisher Price Chatter Phone #747 Telephone Pull Toy with Moving Eyes
This vintage toy is in good pre-owned condition. It presents w/ only very minor scuffs.  It has been tested and works as it is intended.
The bell rings when the rotary dial is turned.  The eyes move up and down when the wheels move.  There's also a cute little squeaking sound when the eyes move up and down.  The first three photos show the eyes in three different positions.
