    This is a stylish fashion hat for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is an off white Horse hair Pillbox with 2 tone net drape. Decorated with a silk spray with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and blocked into this shape. It will come with a hat pin. The matching 2 tone bag has a straw strap handle and corsage. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
