Here is a lovely vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Elise Ballerina Doll in her original tagged costume.
Elise is a 16”tall hard plastic doll with a jointed head, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles. She is fully pose-able. Her stringing is not good with head, arms and legs wobbly but intact.
Elise has her original gorgeous strawberry blond curly wig with bangs and many curls in her hair but her sequined head attire is missing.
She is a very pretty doll with blue eyes that open and close easily.
Her lashes are full and complete. She has pretty facial coloring and a pink rosebud mouth. She is wearing her original rhinestone earrings but one is missing.
Her body is clean and there are no stains or odors. Her nail polish is beautiful and perfect.
There are no cracks or slits in the vinyl limbs or body.
Elise wears a full pink tulle tutu with 2 attached rose buds in excellent condition.
The pink is bright not faded.
There are no tears in the tutu. There is a beautiful sequined bodice. Her pink satin bloomers are attached to the tutu and are trimmed in pink tulle. She does not have stockings and vinyl ballet shoes with ribbon ties are original and but the elastic is loose.
